Welcome to Market Bosworth Bowling Club

At Market Bosworth Bowling Club, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, enjoyable and inclusive environment for bowlers of all ages and skill levels.

 

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, our club offers the perfect setting to learn, develop, compete and have fun.

 

We have an active social programme with a range of activities and events throughout the year to cater for all bowlers and hold annual events to raise money for charities.

 

As well as club competitions, we compete in County competitions and several leagues. Market Bosworth Bowling Club is associated with Bowls Leicestershire and Bowls England.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the dress code?

Members who are playing club events, competitions, leagues or friendly matches are required to wear the club shirt with grey trousers/shorts and flat soled shoes (any colour).

Social members have no specific dress code but are required to wear flat shoes. 

Do I need to have my own bowls / equipment?

Members playing in competitions, leagues or friendly matches will need their own bowls and equipment. 

Social members or new starters do not need their own bowls or equipment as the club have some to lend out. 

How can I become a member?

Is there parking on site?

Unfortunately there isn't, however there is free on road parking outside the club and on the streets opposite the club. Alternatively, there is pay and display car park just past the entrance.
